The online ordering system on websites should be
easy to operate and with attractive food menus. Many of the restaurants not giving
an importance to the websites so the customer who visits your website which is
not functioning properly then automatically you will lose the customers. Your restaurant isn't having a mobile website then you will lose the mobile customers.
Providing a good mobile website will lead to gain a more customers. Poorly designed
desktop website and mobile website will decrease your customers rate.

Improper functioning means the options in the website which are not functioning in a correct way. If you click on the particular button or option it will navigate to any
other page or not exact page, so the people get irritate to work on your

name but it will not contain any information inside. This also produces a bad

not available this also comes under improper functioning of website. If you’re restaurants offering mobile orders means you should
have a separate mobile website. Normally mobile website is different from regular websites.
