Why LTO works well in the online business?

LTO- Limited Time Offer is one of the most effective marketing tools and it is commonly used in the restaurants online ordering system.  LTOs are list of offering items which are available for a short period. These opportunities commonly appear during the holidays or festival seasons and help to gain the customer attention.

The limited time offer provides the best way to force the customers to take a quick decision is to limit the time available. So when offers are provided within time limits, then the people don’t like to miss the opportunities.

Tips for getting more customers from this technique:

1.      Highlight the end date- Brighten the end date, don’t use an invisible format. Use bold text, dark colour, or special box.
2.      Use command language- Commands like “Call Today”, “Order Now”, or “Hurry! Call today”. These commands help to point out the urgency of your time limit.
3.      Be strong in your words- If your restaurant offers will be closed on Sep 10, be strong in that. When the offer extends to next day means then the customers understand that your offers don’t end on the target date and they will not believe your words.
